The role
Realityjam offers a remote apprenticeship programme for aspiring game developers focusing on game art and content creation for MMO titles. The programme includes a 12-month pre-apprenticeship training course, the Scion Foundation Training, where participants develop their skills in Unity and game content creation, working on live projects and earning professional credits. Upon completion, apprentices enter a 12-month Adeptus apprenticeship as Junior Game Artists, specialising in world building and assets development using Unity and Blender. The programme aims to prepare participants for full-time roles within the company and globally, supported by Unity certification. Applicants must be UK residents with the right to work and have a portfolio of work, with no prior industry experience necessary.
