The role
Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure CDA data platform enabling AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and domain experts to shape architecture and requirements.
Develop backend infrastructure for data ingestion, storage, processing, and retrieval with strong data modeling.
Integrate NLP and search capabilities for conversational and semantic search, summarization, and analytics.
Build robust data pipelines using ETL/ELT with Kafka, Flink, and RabbitMQ while ensuring privacy and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers, stay current with cloud-native AI/ML trends, and drive technical excellence across the team.
