The role
The role involves preparing process maps and SOPs for treasury functions, identifying the lifecycle of SOX controls, and providing solutions to mitigate risks. Candidates are expected to have a CPA designation, possess a solid understanding of finance and treasury processes, and have experience managing SOX control lifecycles. Skills in model risk management and credit risk, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential. The position requires on-site presence in King City, with the ability to work independently on complex compliance and risk management tasks. Candidates must reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be legally permitted to work in Canada. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and risk management frameworks is highly valued.
