The role
As a Sales Representative, you will deliver interactive presentations on eco-friendly products to customers.
You will participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching to sharpen communication, negotiation, planning, and problem solving.
You will contribute to team building and mentoring to support personal and professional growth.
You will engage in customer-focused outreach, leveraging public speaking and strong relationship-building skills.
Compensation includes an hourly rate with uncapped commissions and bonuses; average earnings range from $72,000 to $130,000 per year.
This on-site role requires self-motivation, discipline, and a passion for learning across a wide range of skills.
