The role
Lead manufacturing process design, equipment procurement, and tooling deployment for client products in a high-volume environment.
Analyze the potential impact of new products and processes, and validate functionality through testing and verification.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement processes, equipment, tooling, and required infrastructure per industry and product requirements.
Develop training plans, prepare manufacturing documents, coordinate pilot builds, and document issues for resolution.
Ensure process readiness, safety, and quality; manage supplier readiness and track project budgets, timelines, and change control.
Lead design reviews with vendors and stakeholders, update layouts, maintain documentation (PFMEA, SOPs, SOWs), and support new product introductions.
