The role
As a Lead Field Data Scientist, you will bridge sales, customer success, and product to ensure clients realize maximum value from identity and fraud data.
Develop and deploy machine learning and rules-based models to boost fraud detection, reduce false positives, improve payment acceptance, and optimize risk decisioning.
Translate customer needs into concrete design docs and proof of value (POV) tests to demonstrate value in fraud and identity workflows.
Nurture one-on-one relationships with client data scientists, providing deep insights for fraud model development and data-driven decisions.
Acquire deep knowledge of data sources and APIs, acting as a subject-matter expert for customers and guiding product feedback.
Collaborate with client IT and engineering for API integrations, QA data availability, internal training, and market-informed product enhancements.
