The role
The Product Innovation Manager in Birmingham is responsible for driving the commercialisation and deployment of innovative packaging solutions within the UK & Ireland market. They will lead as a key figure in translating customer insights into commercial opportunities and support market strategies through localisation and product portfolio management. The role requires managing stakeholder relationships across organisational levels, while supporting revenue growth and sales initiatives. Candidates should possess experience in product management or related fields, with strong project and budget management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role is primarily home-based with travel across UK sites to ensure strategic alignment and customer engagement.
