The role
Join a fast-growing AI-driven platform as a Senior Software Engineer focused on machine learning for search, retrieval, and generative AI use-cases.
Develop ML models to improve ranking, retrieval, and user-facing AI features, collaborating with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers.
Own end-to-end features and contribute to large multi-functional projects that drive business impact while maintaining long-term health of the systems.
Build sustainable data collection pipelines and manage ML features, triage production issues, and mentor other engineers.
Contribute to technical decisions, improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes, and write maintainable, testable code.
Required: strong CS fundamentals and experience with ML frameworks, batch processing, and production ML systems; familiarity with multiple programming languages and tools; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
