The role
Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries related to accounts and potential fraud.
Analyze potential fraud by monitoring card alerts and fraud prevention reports; identify needs and recommend solutions.
Process disputes and fraud claims in line with established policies; escalate when risk review or further analysis is needed.
Log cases in the database, document actions and conversations, and maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Full-time role with paid training, overtime opportunities, up to $350/month in incentives after training, competitive pay, shift differentials, benefits, and opportunities for career growth; require 100% attendance during training.
