The role
CMA Recruitment Group is recruiting a Finance Operations Accountant for a large, nationally recognised organisation in Hampshire. The role involves ownership of period-end close, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tasks across multiple entities. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical knowledge, experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and skills in Excel and automation tools like Power BI or VBA. They should be proactive, analytical, and capable of coaching team members while driving process improvements within the finance team.
