The role
Lead and manage serious plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including depositions, mediations, arbitration, and trial as first chair.
Handle a caseload of about 30 matters with substantial resources behind you, enabling high-quality advocacy over volume.
Provide a high-touch client experience with proactive communication from onboarding to case closure.
Contribute to firm growth through business development and strategic relationship building; portability of a book is welcome but not required.
Requires 5+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience with demonstrated litigation and trial capabilities and the ability to independently run cases.
This role offers a clear partner track and long-term leadership opportunities in Seattle, onsite with flexible arrangements.
