Joinery & Fit Out Estimator

An experienced estimator specialising in FF&E, joinery and carpentry is sought in Wigan to support high-end residential and hospitality projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications, conducting detailed material and quantity take-offs and developing Bills of Quantities and cost schedules. The estimator will liaise with internal teams, source and evaluate quotations, negotiate for best value and assist with tender submissions and proposals. They will work closely with procurement and delivery teams, ensuring estimates are carried through into project delivery while supporting process improvements. Strong skills in reading technical drawings, managing detailed cost models, and understanding furniture and joinery specifications are essential for this position.
