The role
Design and develop AI-powered product features and the supporting infrastructure for enterprise software.
Select suitable AI/ML approaches, build scalable models, and implement robust data collection and evaluation mechanisms.
Create robust, low-latency infrastructure to serve AI/ML models at scale for thousands of customers.
Collaborate with solution engineers, product managers, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into concrete AI solutions.
Develop APIs and data representations to understand, integrate, and serve enterprise operational data with freshness and accuracy.
Explore and implement foundational components in areas like NLP, computer vision, data mining, and knowledge bases to enable future features.
