The role
Provide strategic legal guidance to cross-organizational teams overseeing the Impact Alliance partnerships.
Advise on governance, dispute resolution, and risk management across U.S. and U.K. jurisdictions.
Develop data governance and privacy frameworks, and steer legal considerations for AI and digital tools.
Create IP frameworks and negotiate inter-organizational vendor and data-sharing agreements for joint tools.
Manage outside counsel, coordinate with internal legal teams, and deliver templates, memos, and training materials.
Offer practical, solutions-oriented advice to enable alignment while protecting compliance and humanitarian objectives.
