The role
We are seeking Journeyman Electricians for commercial and industrial projects in Batchtown, IL.
Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using a range of tools to resolve problems quickly.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations; read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
Perform system upgrades and modifications, preventive maintenance, and emergency electrical repairs as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and team members; follow strict safety protocols and participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
