The role
Lead the enterprise architecture strategy and governance, translating business needs into scalable architectural requirements.
Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team and empower enablement engineers to accelerate developer productivity.
Define and maintain enterprise frameworks, reference architectures, coding standards, and governance processes.
Drive strategic alignment between technology capabilities and business objectives, delivering measurable ROI.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicate progress to executives, and manage risk through well-architected reviews and continuous improvement.
Champion AI integration, cybersecurity enhancements, and simplification of the developer platform to reduce cognitive load.
