The role
Design and implement intelligent systems that automate IT operations using AI/ML, big data analytics, and automation tools.
Develop and deploy ML models for anomaly detection, event correlation, log analysis, capacity forecasting, and predictive maintenance.
Create real-time data pipelines for metrics, logs, traces, and alerts, including feature engineering on operational data.
Design automation workflows for self-healing and preventive remediation, building microservices, APIs, and CI/CD-enabled platforms.
Advance monitoring and observability by integrating with tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenTelemetry, and by building dashboards and alerts.
Collaborate with SRE teams to automate remediation, improve SLAs/SLOs, and reduce MTTR using ML-driven insights and automated RCA.
