The role
A Junior Business Analyst at CGL will assist in mapping current processes and designing improved ways of working, focusing on HR and People services. The role involves gathering stakeholder insights, analysing data, creating process maps, and supporting system testing and project delivery. The analyst will work within a team to identify risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies, using tools like Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
