The role
Provide nursing care for Med/Surg patients under minimal supervision, matching care to patient needs and nurse competencies.
Complete established competencies within the introductory period and maintain ongoing professional standards.
Hold an active Texas RN license with BLS required at hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NICU STABLE certifications must be completed within stated timelines.
Work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with potential sign-on bonus.
Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of acute care experience in Med/Surg, telemetry, or ICU.
Demonstrate patient-centered care, effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment.
