The role
The role involves analysing legal business processes, designing workflows, and supporting system configuration and testing within a collaborative team. Candidates will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, create specifications and support system rollouts. Strong process mapping and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in legal case management platforms. The position is suitable for professionals with 3-5 years' experience in legal technology roles, including business analysis or development. A technical background, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving are expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with low-code platforms and legal workflows will be advantageous in supporting innovative legal technology solutions.
