The role
Lead design and implementation of a unified Core GenAI Platform for secure model inference, prompt orchestration, and data workflows.
Build reliable, observable infrastructure using Python backends (FastAPI/Flask), microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Collaborate with ML researchers, product engineers, and compliance to ensure performance, security, and regulatory alignment.
Deliver reusable components and intuitive interfaces to accelerate GenAI adoption and improve developer productivity.
Define the technical roadmap for platform capabilities, balancing innovation with reliability, latency, and risk management.
Mentor teams, align platform direction across engineering groups, and champion security, fairness, and explainability in LLM systems.
