The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data processing frameworks for diverse business use cases.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness by establishing standards, validation processes, and robust monitoring.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering technical craftsmanship and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering) to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability of data systems.
Improve ETL/ELT processes through automation, embrace emerging technologies, and ensure secure, compliant data usage.
