The role
The role involves planning, managing, and supervising ground investigation works on various sites, including sampling, monitoring, and supervising subcontractors. Applicants are expected to prepare health and safety documentation such as risk assessments and method statements and to produce accurate site records, logs, and monitoring data. The position requires skills in reporting, data management, and familiarity with geo-environmental assessment techniques and software, including logging and spatial data handling. Candidates should have relevant qualifications or experience in earth science or environmental disciplines and a good understanding of health and safety regulations. Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role, along with a full UK driving licence.
