The Senior Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in turning customer data into actionable insights to drive strategic and operational decisions.
You will own analytics projects from problem definition to interpretation, presenting findings to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Typical work includes predictive modeling (e.g., forecast wait times or future demand), customer segmentation, and designing dashboards for business users.
You will extract and model data from large databases using SQL, build robust reports, and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on data quality and integrity.
