The role
Design, train, and deploy scalable ML models to detect and moderate offensive content across text, voice, and images.
Advance multilingual NLP, language modeling, and multimodal learning to support diverse user interactions.
Create metrics and configure offline and online A/B tests to measure model performance and impact for stakeholders.
Develop production-grade data pipelines and reusable code in Python, Scala, or Java following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design reviews, and deployment strategies for safety features.
Apply domain expertise in online safety, adversarial ML, or CV/voice tasks to strengthen moderation capabilities.
