The role
Lead electrical design for data center facilities and AI-ready environments from scope development through commissioning and start-up.
Act as Electrical SME, delivering innovative power distribution, DC systems up to 1500VDC, and robust backup power strategies.
Direct medium-to-large projects with cross-discipline coordination, ensuring compliance with NEC and IEC standards and client requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direct client advisory to align strategies and optimize performance.
Travel as required and embrace a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement to support project execution.
Contribute to a collaborative, employee-owned culture focused on continuous learning and delivering high-value data center solutions.
