The role
Work the night shift (7pm–7am) in a corrugated box manufacturing environment, performing hands-on production tasks.
Follow all safety rules and read factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications to understand requirements.
Coordinate with machine crew to set up and run orders, including die removal/attachment, zeroing/opening the machine, prefeeder adjustments, stacker and counter-ejector setup.
Monitor quality and production output; conduct quality inspections and tests, and record findings.
Prepare for setups by gathering tooling, inks, and supplies, perform cleaning and minor die repairs, and complete paperwork.
Learn operator duties, follow prescribed practices, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
