The role
The Plant HR Manager oversees HR operations and office administration with PEO support, reporting to the VP of Business Development & Strategic Projects.
Lead payroll processing, policy development, recruitment, onboarding, training, and the administration of compensation and benefits while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations to address issues promptly and drive retention, with a focus on staffing that supports production.
Oversee administrative functions including facilities, vendor coordination, inventory, budgeting, and event planning within the leased space.
Act as the liaison between IT and Accounting teams based overseas and local vendors to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
This stand-alone role requires strong organizational, communication, and HR software skills to enable strategic growth and operational excellence.
