Senior Software Engineer - US

Lead backend engineer to design and implement scalable platform services in a hybrid, multi-cloud and on-prem environment. Build and operate distributed services on Kubernetes, primarily with Go, while supporting Python, Rust, or Java as needed. Deploy and manage services across AWS, GCP, and Azure, alongside on-prem deployments, ensuring high availability and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features, improve reliability, observability, and performance. Contribute to service-oriented architectures, API design, and platform capabilities to support mission-critical workflows. Mentor teammates, communicate clearly, troubleshoot complex problems, and deliver solutions with a customer-focused mindset.
