The role
The role involves designing and developing high-quality, maintainable software within distributed architectures, working closely with a team of senior developers and architects. Responsibilities include delivering features independently from conception through to deployment, developing secure and well-tested code, and replacing legacy systems with modern solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of both legacy and modern .NET frameworks, distributed systems, and modern architectures, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the ability to work remotely within a team. The role includes participating in code reviews, adopting AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, and ensuring technical excellence. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning are important qualities, alongside relevant technical skills.
