The role
We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate moving personnel, drivers, and equipment to meet customer requests and job specifications.
Responsibilities include scheduling, daily communication with field staff, and adjusting routes to maximize efficiency and on-time service.
Maintain clear client communication about service times, delays, and changes, and document task details and status using dispatch software.
Collaborate with operations and sales to align dispatch plans with business needs while adhering to safety standards and policies.
Keep precise records of mileage, fuel usage, and completed tasks; resolve last-minute changes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and logistics as needed and contribute to continuous improvement of dispatch operations.
