The role
A Senior Technical Business Analyst in Newcastle is responsible for delivering diverse projects by analysing root causes and working with business users to develop solutions. They collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions based on business needs and produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents. The role involves data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Power BI alongside stakeholder management across all organisational levels. The analyst supports UAT activities, prepares test scenarios, and manages end-to-end project phases from workshops to delivery. Successful candidates will have experience in business analysis within consultancy or public sectors, agile methodologies, and digital project delivery. Strong communication, project management, and technical skills in SQL and data solutions are essential for this role.
