The role
A Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for leading all pre-construction activities for façade, cladding, external envelope, and fire remediation projects across the North and Midlands. Their duties include managing design development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, analysing technical and commercial risks, and developing project programmes using Asta Powerproject. They ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety standards, and Building Safety Act requirements, overseeing surveys, stakeholder relationships, and detailed handovers. Strong knowledge of façade systems, experience with procurement, and risk management skills are essential for the role. The position demands excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities within a technical environment.
