The role
Janitor/Custodian: Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for tenants, guests, and vendors.
Key responsibilities include vacuuming, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors, dusting, scrubbing, and sanitizing fixtures, and assisting with projects and supplies.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively. A high school diploma is preferred.
