Manage a high-volume caseload of 100-200 special education claims remotely from Nashville.
Prepare for and litigate complex cases with significant legal implications.
Represent clients in administrative hearings and settlement negotiations.
Ensure compliance with federal and state education laws and timely dispute resolution.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents; negotiate settlements with stakeholders.
Collaborate with specialists, provide compliance training, and analyze case law to offer guidance.
