The role
Own end-to-end responsibility for building model systems—from data to deployment—across the full ML lifecycle.
Design and adapt model architectures; train and fine-tune frontier models with methods like LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, and DPO.
Architect scalable inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and robust deployment pipelines.
Develop high-quality data systems and alignment/safety guardrails; build evaluation frameworks for performance, safety, and bias.
Shape early product direction by exploring frontier techniques (retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, multimodal models) and zero-to-one experimentation.
Collaborate in a high-performance, founder-style environment focused on rapid prototyping, shipping, and continuous improvement.
