The role
Construct and dismantle scaffolding at professional sports venues, installing ladders, walkways, and handrails.
Work in crews of up to five, traveling from venue to venue as a team.
Full-time, year-round work with routine overnight travel (90+ days away from home).
Inspect scaffolding components, load and unload equipment, and study plans and equipment lists before on-site installation.
Maintain safety through fall protection and PPE, and keep work areas clean and organized.
Deliver high-quality results on schedule while supporting additional duties as needed.
