Mechanical Engineer – Brixworth

The role involves utilising CAD software such as Catia V5 for solid modelling and creating engineering drawings with a good understanding of geometric tolerancing. Candidates must have experience working with high voltage and high power electrical drive systems, particularly in challenging engineering environments. Responsibilities include supporting hybrid powertrain component design and conducting FEA simulations, as well as working within automotive road car programmes in a customer-facing environment. The position requires strong organisational skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. Candidates holding a high-grade engineering degree and Chartered Engineer registration are preferred, and speaking German is considered an additional advantage.
