The role
Own the overall financial modeling of multi-million-dollar real estate outsourcing pursuits, including org modeling, labor estimates, overhead, and operating expense budgeting.
Develop price models, staffing plans, and labor cost analyses to determine competitive, value-driven pricing.
Create and tailor professional materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts, and collate financial information across business lines.
Engage with clients through introductory meetings, pitches, and contract negotiations to support relationship-building and business development.
Coordinate tasks across functional teams, partner with finance on client plans, and manage internal communications for sector initiatives.
Mentor teammates to advance pricing and analytics capabilities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
