The role
The Market Data Ordering Analyst manages service queues using the Optimize Spend platform to meet SLAs and collaborates with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accurate fulfilment of requests. They conduct vendor reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and serve as a central contact for resolving stakeholder queries. The role involves working on process improvements, including AI and automation, and contributing to strategic projects to enhance services. Supporting leadership with ad-hoc and strategic tasks, the analyst needs strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and effective communication abilities. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a market data setting is preferred but not essential.
