The role
Line 1: Lead highly complex geotechnical and civil engineering projects with significant business impact, delivering technical rigor and strategic guidance.
Line 2: Provide principal-level technical reviews of proposals and project deliverables to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Line 3: Mentor and develop junior staff, manage project teams, and coordinate cross-discipline collaboration.
Line 4: Foster client relationships, present project insights, and support business development through marketing and proposal activities.
Line 5: Interface with federal and state regulators, interpret regulations, and ensure safe, compliant project execution.
Line 6: Balance independent work with team leadership, manage budgets, mitigate risk, and travel as required in a hybrid work environment.
