The role
A global consultancy seeks a Lead Business Analyst to support a major platform transformation programme within the financial services industry. The role involves leading analysis activities across complex change initiatives and working within agile teams to deliver strategic business solutions. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and produce high-quality analysis artefacts such as business requirements, user stories, and process maps. They will mentor junior analysts, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and experience with behaviour-driven development are essential. Additional experience in pensions or financial services and proficiency in business process modelling are desirable.
