The role
Support the execution of equity and equity-linked offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, convertible bonds) from launch through pricing.
Monitor order books in real time and liaise with institutional sales and trading to capture investor feedback.
Prepare internal and external deal materials, including launch and pricing memos, market updates, investor profiles, and feedback logs.
Analyze market conditions and investor sentiment to inform marketing strategies and deal positioning; organize testing-the-waters and live roadshows.
Develop pre-deal and post-deal analytics and maintain databases of investor interactions and market analytics.
Coordinate with investment banking, sales & trading, research, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and contribute to platform development.
