The role
Develop the technical portions of legal documents, actions, orders, or consent decrees related to environmental matters.
Apply and maintain permits for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, storm water, and wastewater.
Prepare Phase I/II environmental site assessment reports and environmental investigation reports.
Design environmental sampling plans (soil, groundwater, air, and gas), select sampling methods and locations, evaluate results, and report findings.
Design, operate, and maintain remediation systems (e.g., groundwater pump-and-treat, soil vapor extraction, soil excavation) to mitigate onsite contaminants and regulatory risk.
Hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, WSPGW, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Adobe Illustrator.
