The role
Join a leading AI group building scalable, user-facing conversational experiences that help people design, write, ideate, and realize ideas.
Own the full lifecycle of ML features—from prototype to production—by designing flexible, scalable conversational AI platforms.
Fine-tune and evaluate large language models to boost performance, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Write production-grade code and partner closely with software engineers, including backend services in Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define impactful AI features and drive platform engineering efforts.
Mentor other ML engineers and contribute to engineering excellence while staying curious and adapting to rapid AI advances.
