The role
Lead quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid reviews, and scope development for multifamily projects.
Analyze drawings, specs, and requirements to create accurate estimates and budgets.
Assist in value engineering, vendor selection, and contract preparation.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.
Maintain pricing databases, historical cost information, and bid documentation.
Prepare proposals, preconstruction deliverables, and internal reports to support a steady pipeline.
