The role
Own outbound operations in a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring parcels move efficiently.
Sort, label, and prepare parcels for outbound shipping while verifying orders for accuracy.
Use scanners or systems to track and update parcel status in real time and assist with loading/unloading.
Maintain an organized, safe work area and promptly resolve discrepancies in outgoing shipments.
Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and carriers; bilingual English/Spanish is a major advantage.
This day-shift role starts at $16/hour with monthly bonuses, plus weekly pay and growth opportunities.
