The role
Detail-oriented Construction Estimator responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment costs.
Conduct site visits, review plans, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to clarify scope.
Incorporate risk analysis and contingencies, review supplier quotes, and identify cost-saving solutions.
Prepare detailed bid proposals and cost reports, and maintain current knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
Support planning, budgeting, and scheduling with reliable forecasting and strong vendor relationships.
