The role
Line 1: Seek a Lead AI Engineer to architect and deliver production-grade AI applications, focusing on agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows in enterprise environments.
Line 2: Own end-to-end AI solutions—model design, RAG pipelines, scalable APIs, and microservices—plus autonomous task orchestration and reasoning capabilities.
Line 3: Lead efforts to operationalize LLMs, implementing safety guardrails, evaluation pipelines, and performance monitoring in cloud-native deployments.
Line 4: Design real-time and batch data pipelines to surface AI predictions into operational systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
Line 5: Contribute to engineering standards, promote best practices in data and AI, and continuously optimize for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Line 6: Work hands-on in 0→1 environments, delivering production-ready outcomes while aligning with project goals.
