The role
A law firm seeks an Employment Law Associate to join its practice in Fort Worth, Texas.
Assist in representing employers or employees in employment-related disputes.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other documents, while advising clients on workplace policies and compliance.
Support litigation and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and other matters.
Participate in investigations, fact development, and the creation of employment policies, handbooks, and training programs.
Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
